초록
Through transfection studies and the use of blocking monoclonal anti-TLR2 and anti-TLR4 Abs, we have found that T. gondii lysate induced the suppression of IL-12, TNF-a, IL-10 expression and increase of IL-8 via TLR2 and NF-kB activation
