도시재생사업 종료 이후 지역주민들의 사업주체에 대한 역할인식과 사업성과 간 인과관계 분석: 지방자치단체와 도시재생지원센터 역할을 중심으로

초록

This study analyzed the relationship between the role of local governments, urban regeneration support centers, and residents' participation recognized by local residents after the end of the urban regeneration project, and the impact on the performance of urban regeneration projects such as satisfaction with urban regeneration projects and life satisfaction through a structural equation model. In particular, the performance structure of urban regeneration projects was comprehensively verified, including the relationship between the perception of the capacity of local governments and life satisfaction in urban regeneration projects, which was relatively insufficient in previous studies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a positive (+) effect on the perception of the role of local governments and satisfaction with urban regeneration projects, resident participation and urban regeneration projects, satisfaction with urban regeneration projects, and life satisfaction. On the other hand, the perception of the role of local governments was found to have a negative (-) effect on the participation of residents, so it is necessary to prepare strategies to induce resident participation through the urban regeneration support center and increase satisfaction with urban regeneration projects and life satisfaction through this.
