초록
Most of commercially available digital cameras use single sensor array with color filter to reduce the size and the cost. The image obtained with single sensor array has only a single color component per pixel. For this reason, we need to interpolate missing two color components per pixel. In generally, this process is called as demosaicing or color filter interpolation. This paper proposes the adaptive directional demosaicing algorithm. This algorithm achieves better visual quality with efficient weighting function. We compare the results with results of various algorithms, the proposed algorithm shows the best results in subjective qualities and PSNR.
