초록

As the visit of foreign tourists increase with the Korean wave, interest is being focused on traditional space. Guesthouse that newly applied and changed Korean-style house with our inherent sentiment is being vitalized. This has its purpose on finding activation plan for the northern village Korean-style guesthouse by comparatively analyzing with emotional design element. The northern village house stimulates emotion of people who staying in room by reproducing traditional Korean-style house, and the Rakgoje had highest score, because it emphasized continuity of space by locating community space in between main room and the opposite room. The Soriul is designed to feel traditional emotion with five senses by looking at outside from inside of garden with Korean-style house with both wings, and the T-guesthouse visually stimulates by arranging antique furniture in community space, and it earned the highest score by obscuring open and close by making two-door type door to be opened. As the case analysis shows, it is Korean accommodation space which shows Korean emotion the best by redeveloping and remodeling traditional Korean-style house.
