다문화가족 이주여성들의 여가제약이 여가활동 참여 및 여가만족에 미치는 영향 : 여가관여의 조절효과를 중심으로

As the number of multi-cultural families is increasing in Korea, the leisure activity of the immigrant women hasemerged into a central issue to understand their everyday life. This study examines the effects of the immigrantwomen’s individual resources and leisure constraints on their leisure participation and satisfaction. The role of theirleisure involvement is highlighted as a potential moderator in the analysis. The Findings are summarized as follows. First, the immigrant women with more income indicate more leisure participation and satisfaction, but those whowith more education indicate more participation and less satisfaction. Second, the increase of leisure constraintsleads to the decrease of leisure participation only for the immigrant women with high leisure involvement, but not forwith medium or low involvement. Third, the increase of leisure constraints lead to the decrease of leisure satisfactiononly for the immigrant women with high or medium leisure involvement, but not for with low involvement.
