도시철도 단일 노선 이종차량 운영의 유지보수 생산성 연구: Malmquist 생산성 지수 및 구형 차량 개선 사례를 중심으로

초록

Decision making about an introduction and disposal of rolling-stock in urban railway operations are very important, not only in the initial introduction cost, but also in terms of cost, operation efficiency, and productivity incurred throughout the life cycle of the rolling-stock. In this paper, using the Malmquist productivity index, these decisions were analyzed for the Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1, which operates both a resistance and a VVVF rolling-stock simultaneously on a single route. In addition, the productivity change effect was analyzed before and after a massive repair project intended to improve performance of resistance rolling-stock. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that there was a difference in indexes of productivity, efficiency, technological change, and variability between the old and new rolling-stocks, and there was a change in productivity before and after the massive repair project. The purpose of this study was to identify the productivity impact of operations on multiple types of rolling-stock on a single-line, and to suggest implications for decision-making of urban railway operator rolling-stock introduction and maintenance strategy.
