여성의 감성특성을 고려한 병동부 평가에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to grasp women's sensibility characteristics and satisfaction factors of the environment of women's hospitals and suggest the direction to plan wards in women's hospitals in consideration of women's sensibility characteristics. The sensibility characteristics of wards in women's hospital are classified into 8 categories; freshness, aesthetic, nature-friendliness, privacy, closeness, social intercourse, and adaptability on the basis of the analysis on precedent studies. The conclusion based on the result of this examination is as follows. In general, satisfaction rates on the freshness of lounge and corridor areas are relatively higher. On the contrary, those on the adaptability of lounge and corridor are lower. Satisfaction rate on aesthetic of furniture and artistic goods is lower than that on the whole ambience. Privacy is not satisfying mostly because of visitors to other patients. Also, social intercourse is not satisfactory in lack of accommodating spaces for protectors and access to computer and internet in lounge areas. Adaptability is not good enough in general and especially for extracurricular activities in lounges and corridors.
