다산의 강진 강학과 제자 교학방식

초록

Tasan had trained many disciples from 1801 when he was exiled to Gangjin to 1818 when he returned to Dureung. Also he produced more than 500 books through training his pupils. Then, what programs did he use and how did he transfigure from disciples in Gangjin where was wasteland of the study to the best school?He had trained pupils with various methods and efficient programs. This paper divided his education methods to six categories which are type for each level, major, proper methods, practice, debate, and group. He presented effective road maps according to each pupil’s level and degree. He determined their majors into literature and scholarship considering personality of pupils. In addition, he offered proper programs to each disciple figuring their characters of status. He presented concrete working manuals for practicing,encouraged accomplishments and scolded negligence. He sharpened critical minds through common-or-garden arguments, and let his pupils seize core values of working. Then being equipped to organized system he efficiently completed several works which were made by teamworks all-at-once. As a result, pupils of Tasan had become famous scholars who didn’t suffer by comparison. He came into line discipline courses of pupils with his works. Which deserved to highly appreciate. He gained source of his works from his pupils, and they mastered working knowhow joining teacher’s methods and process of his works. They made shape of Win-Win one another. Tasan achieved creating synergy effect and maximizing work efficiency through ideal combination of these six education methods. His education methods appear very systemic and reasonable even in the view of today’s pedagogy. In further active debates on pedagogic undertone and appling to present are expected.
