BIM기반 모듈러주택 설계를 위한 전략 및 기술도출에 관한 연구

초록

Recently, construction industry has a difficult time because of economic recession. For this reason, subjects of constructionindustry has concentrated on securing their competitiveness in technology. By increasing the precast structure, modular housingis issued by shortening time, and improving productivity. In addition, introductions of BIM technology have expected that bychanging the process of the domestic construction industry throughout the construction and maintenance phase of businessinnovation. However, despite these efforts, between these strategies and technology has problem with complementation.Therefore, in this study find out applying BIM technology for strategies and techniques through out architectural process of modular houses.
