초록

Both Wanju and Changpyeong are small rural areas, and there is a limit to the application of regional development strategies through large-scale investments by external companies. However, both regions succeeded in achieving employment growth by utilizing the endogenous resources of the region called local food, and cooperative activities of village community organizations played an important role in the process. In particular, this study argued that the development of these collaborative activities resulted in the expansion of networking by local entities and the diversification of products, which resulted in the region's endogenous employment growth. In this study, the quality of products, specialization in marketing strategies, reproduction of skilled workers, and governance for coordinating conflicts among various stakeholders are important for Wanju and Changpyeong to continue to achieve employment growth.
