관광경찰제도의 정책집행영향요인 연구

초록

This study aimed at identifying the influencing factors of policy implementation of tourism policy system. The literature review covered the concepts of tourism police system and policy implementation, previous researches related to these topics. A research model was designed to establish the research hypotheses. The survey method was applied from the micro level approach, and the research sample was street-level officials of Seoul Tourism Police unit. The results of the study indicated that the desirability and applicability of policy in the field of policy contents had significant influences on the level of policy outcomes, and that the task capacity of street-level officials in the field of implementing organization significantly influenced over the level of policy outcomes, and that the support of policy target group and tourism infrastructure in the field of policy environment had significant influences on the level of policy outcomes. Theoretically this study contributed to the development of tourism policy implementation model incorporating the aspects of tourism policy. Practically this study suggested that the task capacity of officials, the support of policy target group, and the tourism infrastructure be enhanced and strengthened.
