초록

The structural behavior of the multiple beams in the viscous fluid subjected to pressure wave was simulated by using the spectral element method. To express the fluid coupling of each beams, the viscosity theory was used. The added mass and fluid coupling of the multiple beams change along the gaps of the structures and the arrangement shapes. Considering the boundary condition of the structures, the pressure force of multiple beams induced by incident and scattering wave was calculated. The frequency response function of multiple structures from the incident wave was investigated and has a higher damping of viscous fluid coupling. When the flow velocity reach the critical velocity of multiple beams, the structural instability of the multiple beams was caused. The suggested numerical analysis can be applied for the safety design of the supported system of the underwater structures considering the viscous fluid effects to block the instability behavior.
