연료전지 제어시스템 FDI 알고리즘 개발을 위한 모델링 및 검증에 관한 연구

초록
In accordance with carbon neutrality, the importance of eco-friendly vehicles is increasing, and so is hydrogen fueled vehicle. Since the PEMFC system is mounted on the vehicle, safety is emphasized. Accordingly, fault analysis for the system must be performed. In this paper, the modeling of polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) control system for fault analysis has been done. Based on fluid dynamics, the flow over air compressor and the stack system is modeled on SIMULINK. In the former work, each part of the whole system was modeled respectively, and in this work, modules were put together to be simulated simultaneously. With the model, there is an advantage of being able to observe state variables of the system. The residual is calculated by the difference between the estimation value from the model and the measurement value. Known variables and unknown variables are classified to provide basis for fault analysis.
