50kW-class integral transformer / reactor design for solar PCS to improve power density

초록
As the use of electric energy increases rapidly due to the development of the worldwide industry, The ESS is attracting much attention in terms of efficient energy use. The ESS consists of various components such as battery, BMS, PCS and PMS. And PCS is the largest weight and volume among these components. The reasons are that the reactor for the high-frequency filter and the isolation transformer for electrical isolation, but which are essential. In the future, reduction of weight and volume of PCS is essential for the spread of ESS, especially for home ESS. Therefore, in this paper, I propose a new transformer / reactor with a new structure that can reduce the weight and volume of PCS. And I compare it with the case of using conventional commercial reactor and transformer respectively.
