대학생의 자기조절능력과 우울의 관계에서긍정적 사건에 대한 부정적 해석의 조절효과

초록
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between self-regulation and depression whether these variables can be explained by interpretation biases of positive social events as moderating factor. For this study, 464 college students were recruited and asked to complete self-regulation scale, interpretation biases of positive social events scale and depression scale. Regression analyses were conducted to examine moderating effects of negative interpretation biases of positive social events. Results were as follows. First, self-regulation was negatively associated with college student's depression and negative interpretation biases of positive social events. Second, negative interpretation biases of positive social events was moderated the relation of self-regulation and depression. With these we discussed the relationship between self-regulation and depression in terms of information processing. Finally, the meaning and limitation of this research and implication to counseling and education strategies and intervention were discussed.
