Holographic dual of scattering and Blackhole formation

초록

In the context of the AdS/CFT correspondence we discuss the gravity dual of a heavy-ion-like collision in a variant of SYM. We provide a gravity dual picture of entire process. We estimate the initial entropy and temperature as a function of the initial saturation momentum . We suggest that the cooling of the fireball is the dual of a brane receeding in the AdS black hole background. While the cooling of the edges of the fireball is luminal or , that of the core is slower due to the strongly interacting character of the core plasma. Our analysis suggests that the core cooling of the fireball is which is slower than Bjorken 3d cooling . The fireball freezes when the dual black hole background is replaced by a confining background through the Hawking-Page transition.
