초록
This study is a meta-analysis study through frequency analysis and network analysis based on 176 previous studies related to the 4th industrial revolution and digital transformation competencies. Competencies were extracted from previous studies such as domestic and foreign institutions, academic data, and books, and final competencies were derived through control and categorization, and these were divided into academia and industry. As a result of the analysis, the capabilities for 'communication', 'creativity', and 'collaboration ability' showed the highest frequency. And following the previous competencies, the academic community showed a high frequency of problem-solving and problem-discovering, and the industry showed a high frequency of convergent thinking with ICT technology. In addition, network analysis of degree centrality, centrality, and eigenvector centrality was conducted. As a result, in degree centrality, communication and creativity competencies showed high centrality in both academia and industry. In addition, as a result of the eigenvector-centered analysis, communication, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration ability, problem discovery ability in academia, and creativity, self-directedness, flexible leadership, and problem-solving were derived as upper competencies in the industry. This study attempted to confirm the difference in competencies required in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution based on academia and industry and to present the direction and practical implications of future competency research by confirming the relationship between competencies.
