무허가 정착지 거주민의 공공임대주택 입주의사에 미치는 영향요인 - 국 · 공유지 점유 서초구 3개 마을을 중심으로 -

초록

This study analyzed factors influencing the intention of residents living in informal settlements on public land to move into public rental housing. It utilized a resident survey and a binary logistic regression model. Results are as follows: First, it is necessary to establish policies that match characteristics of informal settlements and residents. Second, when the public pushes for the supply of public rental housing, a multi-angle review of various characteristics is needed, as not only individual attributes related to the household of the actual resident, but also housing environment, economic factors, and the degree of perception that the residents actually think and feel have an impact. Third, customized policies such as improving the perception of elderly households in informal settlements and economic support are required. If there is a plan to supply public rental housing in Seocho-gu, a linked policy for families with disabilities in unauthorized settlements is needed. Fourth, compensation and arrears must be established based on clear standards and principles, with tailored strategies for each household. Given the strong perception of vulnerability to disasters and calamities, at least basic safety measures should be implemented in conjunction with public rental housing supply policies. It is also necessary to develop ways to maintain community engagement among residents. This study presented policy implications based on characteristics of three villages and their residents. It derived significant results through variables newly applied to the research model. Therefore, results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for supplying public rental housing for residents of informal settlements.
