제4차 산업혁명 환경에서의 저작권 개혁과 그 글로벌 패러다임 진화

초록

Due to the development of the Internet, changes in the means of creation and distribution of works, and the digitization of information that causes these changes, Copyright Regime Reform is emerging as a new topic in countries around the world. Through the development of digital technology, a new type of service provision of copyrighted works is emerging. With the advent of new technologies and services and the rapid change in the environment for using works, the problem of compatibility with the existing legal system is being exposed. The limitations of the current copyright law system such as problems are exposed. Therefore, after the enactment of the Copyright Act in 1957, there were two revisions in 1986 and 2006, but with the development of new digital technology, the gap between the rapidly changing copyright environment and the law was restored, and big data, artificial intelligence, AR (augmented reality). It is necessary to review the entire copyright law system to respond to new copyright issues such as blockchain, NFT (Non-Fungible Token), and metaverse services. This article analyzes the copyright law issues that are appearing in virtual/augmented reality services, NFT art, and online real-time concerts, which are attracting attention as a service for using copyrighted works, and responds appropriately to changes in the paradigm of copyright protection and restriction system according to the development of digital technology. This aricle intends to analyze the issues related to the improvement of our copyright policy and system.
