초록

This research intended to study how the youth being at a job crisis world would look out for a job information through the web site and think about the digital divide including the information access and information use after the service of the electronic government from 2001. Particularly, after the e_Government period comes, there have been many kinds of digital divide among the poorly youth. In this study some variables were used such as social background of individual, physical approach, support of contents, education and policy, quality of utilization(degree of goal achievement), scope of use(the degree of utilization of information), and the perspective of digital divide. The three hypotheses were set up and tested for analysis through the statistical methodology such as factor analysis, ANOVA, F-test, regression(for beta test) etc. for analysis. These hypotheses were totally accepted at the level of 5%. Based on the above findings, we can conclude next; Firstly, the youth would expect that they prefer the increase of information and the expansion of information use to the qualitative support of information, and through it the bridging digital divide would be accomplished. Secondly, they might recognize that the digital divide could be bridged by the intensification of physical access through the expansion of governmental support, and by the educational support of use technology. Finally it would be expected that the outcomes of this study would contribute to making policy and research concerned.
