관계기반 근로자지원교육프로그램(R-EAP)의 개념적 모형과 교육적 지향의 관계 이해

The purpose of this study is to complement the abstraction of the conceptual model of R-EAP, and to support readers’ in-depth understanding of the conceptual model. Also it is to confirm the relations between the meaning of the conceptual model and the educational orientation of R-EAP. For this purpose researchers applied the hermeneutical method that interpreted the in－depth interviews and the related theoretical concepts and principles in parallel. The in-depth interviews were conducted with three EAP counselor and parent education experts, and three HRD managers. In understanding of the conceptual model, the whole conceptual model was divided into eight partial understandings and it presented the meaning as a systemic point of view. In addition, it was confirmed how the educational orientation of R-EAP was reflected in the part of the conceptual model. The conceptual model of R-EAP is a negativity-based and growth-oriented model that designs the authentic growth of self, others and organizations from possibility of heartache. This study implied the possibility of materializing R-EAP which can expand relations awareness and practice authentic relationship based on hermeneutics in situations with not so many instructional design models for relational development.
