행복과 건강 관련 연구의 체계적 문헌고찰 및 텍스트마이닝 분석: 행복과 건강 간의 관계를 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify trends in research on the relationship between happiness and health and to present implications for future studies on happiness and health. The research trends in 38 literature were analyzed using systematic review. Using frequency analysis and text mining techniques, we demonstrate how prior studies define happiness and health and how they establish relationships between them. There were 12 domestic articles (32%) and 26 overseas articles (26%) empirically analyzing the relationship between happiness and health over the past 10 years. The largest number of publication years was between 2015 and 2018, both in Korea and abroad. However, as for the published academic journals, the pharmaceutical field had the highest number of 3 publications (25%) in Korea, while the psychology field recorded the largest number of publications with 12 publications (46%) overseas. As for the measurement of happiness and health, the most frequently cited literature was the collection of one's subjective happiness status (16 pieces) and subjective health status (15 pieces) as a single item. Happiness was defined in 21 papers (55%), and consisted of emotional and psychological factors such as life satisfaction, negative, positive, and subjective. The definition of health was derived from the 1948 WHO definition. Factors affecting happiness and health were found to be similar in the areas of economic, biological conditions, work, housing, education, participation, and macro-conditions and personal freedom, whereas there were differences in the areas of relationship and quality of life. Information on objective measurement of happiness, ambiguity in establishing a relationship between happiness and health, the same influencing factors and non-same influencing factors, etc. can be utilized not only for future research on happiness and health, but also for planning, implementation, and evaluation of related policies.
