Primary diffuse leptomeningeal gliomatosis (PDLG) is rare, fatal neoplastic syndrome which is characterized by widespread neoplastic infiltration of the meninges in the absence of an intraparenchymal tumor. PDLG is non-specific clinical sign, common CSF negative finding, delayed diagnosis and prognosis dismal.
