초록
Seoul has expanded the supply of living SOC facilities; however, a single supply-based indicator centered on facility quantity does not adequately explain older adults’ actual usability or intra–living-area spatial inequality. This study analyzes 116 living areas in Seoul from the perspective of residents aged 65 and over, examining the spatial accessibility (2SFCA), equity (Gini coefficient), and coverage of seven living SOC facilities: senior centers, public libraries, public sports facilities, parks, clinics, pharmacies, and public health centers. Using a 15-minute walking network threshold, the indicators were calculated and dichotomized based on citywide medians to construct an eight-type matrix. The results reveal facility-specific combinations of accessibility level, distributional imbalance, and coverage range, and identify living areas where multiple facilities simultaneously exhibit LLL-type vulnerability. These findings highlight the need for a living-area-based, multi-indicator diagnostic framework beyond conventional supply-oriented evaluation.
