Estimation of Proper Power Consumption Rate in Horizontal Limestone Ball Mill and Classifying Pressure in Centrifugal Classifier

초록

Steel ball inputs of limestone ball mill are proportional to the operating current of mill. Result of decreasing steel ball input by reduction of limestone grinding amount is different from design flow are no grinding efficient loss during changing operating current from 72 A to 60 A. also reduction of steel ball wear by steel ball input at mill prolonged steel ball recharging period about 7 hours. And the result of raising classifier pressure had increased particle separation efficiency of the particles which are below reference value so that can comply with the standard value.
