스마트시티 포용성 구성 계획요소의 중요도 분석: 서울시 25개 자치구를 중심으로

초록

Smart cities use ICT to solve urban issues and improve life quality. Unequal access may increase inequality, so evaluating inclusiveness is crucial. This study reviews inclusiveness in 25 Seoul districts to propose specific improvements. Four categories, 12 subcategories, and 40 factors were identified via literature review and expert surveys. AHP shows spatial inclusiveness is the most critical, with accessibility identified as the top priority for citizens' service access. Social, economic, and governance inclusiveness also matter. The study emphasizes balancing spatial, social, economic, and governance factors, with spatial inclusiveness as the highest priority. Further research must propose concrete policy measures based on real-world cases.
