Report of VCE-5 Binary Encoding of Region Shape Descriptor

At the Singapore meeting Core Experiment for the binary representation of visual descriptions was defined. This Core Experiment was set up to investigate possible improvements to the binary representation of visual descriptions and to investigate possible alignment with the binary syntax generated by BiM[1]. This document reports the result of Region Shape Descriptor.
