키에르케고르와 니체의 실존주의 철학을 바탕으로 해석한 체험관광 진정성에 관한 담론적 고찰: YOLO족을 중심으로

초록

This study analyzed the social phenomenon of people who enjoy “you only live once” (YOLO) life through the concept of authenticity by associating the lifestyle pursued by individuals with self-realization. By studying the YOLO"s thoughts on travel and their overall life values in depth from an existentialist philosophical point of view, the positive aspects of travel today that contribute not only to individuals but also to modern society were studied. As a result of analyzing in-depth interviews of ten participants, the categories are divided into reasons for travel, travel experience, travel authenticity, life goals and philosophies, and other theme clusters, themes, and significant statement. From a theoretical point of view, a comparative analysis was conducted on how the individual values and perceptions of the YOLO matched the existentialist philosophical views of Kierkegaard and Nietzsche. Based on this philosophical perception, the concept of authenticity of travel was established by the phenomenological research of travel experiences of research participants. From a practical point of view, through the concept of authenticity of Kierkegaard and Nietzsche, the impact of the YOLO trend created by changes in the goals and values of individual life today on social phenomena was analyzed. Based on these social phenomena, this study examined how the changes in individual travel experiences affect overall tourism activities.
