직무 소진의 변화 궤적과 영향 요인 분석: JD-R 이론과 잠재 성장 모형을 중심으로

Longitudinal Trajectories and Predictors of Job Burnout: An Application of JD-R Theory and Latent Growth Modeling

초록

Based on the job demands-resources theory, this study aims to analyze the trajectory of job burnout among employees and examine the longitudinal impact of job demands and resources on intercept and slope. Using latent growth modeling, we analyzed three-year longitudinal data from the human capital corporate panel provided by the Korea research institute for vocational education and training. The results indicated that job burnout exhibited a significant linear decrease over the three-year period. Specifically, task uncertainty and overtime hours were found to positively affect intercept while negatively influencing slope. In contrast, top management support negatively affected intercept and positively influenced slope. However, the effect of job autonomy was not statistically significant. Based on these findings, this study discusses theoretical and practical implications.
