공동주택 생활가로의 활동특성 분석을 통한 개선방안 연구

초록

This study classified the Community-Street into three types, which are the public convenient type, the neighborhood commercial type, the complex type, and identified the characters of the activities from the designated sample andevaluated the impact on the neighboring residential environment. As a result, the activities of each type were evaluated differently and the negative impact by the activities on residential environment was monitored at the lower floors night than day time. Based on this result, this study proposed implications about revitalization of Community-Street and protection of lower floors' residential environment such as planning the complex type to function as the center of neighborhood, considering the conditions of location as the major pedestrian passage, appropriately laying out the facilities of the Community-Street, proposing the design-guideline to minimize the damage by the activities at the Community-Street, planning the parking lots and bus-stop which improve the residential environment at the Life-Street.
