프로젝트 관리 전문조직(PMO)과 프로젝트 포트폴리오 성공과의 관계: 경영진 지원의 조절효과 및 프로젝트 포트폴리오 관리 품질의 매개효과

초록

Study explores the relationship between project management office (PMO) and project portfolio success in order to examine the mediation effect of project portfolio management (PPM) quality and the moderation effect of top management support in this relationship. We used a sample of 219 observations for empirical study, and the results of the analysis are as follows. First, the PMO functions have significant positive effects on project portfolio success. Second, the project portfolio management quality has significant positive effects on project portfolio success. Third, top management support does not have a moderating effect. Finally, the project portfolio management quality has a mediating effect. With respect to the practical implication of this study, we propose the introduction of a PMO to improve project management performance and project portfolio success.
