청년 비정규직 근로자의 직무만족에 관한 잠재프로파일 분석

초록

This study identified latent profiles based on job satisfaction among young temporary employees using latent profile analysis and examined the effects of work adjustment and job fit-related variables and the differences in life satisfaction between the profiles. We utilized the 2020 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey collected by the Korea Employment Information Service data from 1,935 respondents. The results showed five latent profiles: Highly dissatisfied, Moderately dissatisfied, Dissatisfied with personal development, Moderately satisfied, and Highly satisfied. The results of multinomial logistic regression analysis showed that Education level match, job skill match, major match, and degree of usefulness of major knowledge have significant effects on the probability of profile membership. The results of ANOVA showed that there are significant differences in life satisfaction between latent profiles. Based on the findings, implications, limitations, and directions for future study were discussed.
