도시형 실버타운 공용공간의 배치 및 공간특성에 관한 연구

초록

There has recently been a increasingly faster development of city-like silver towns as a result of aging and urbanization. Since the elderly residents of city-like silver towns are at an age range in which they experience decrease in social activities, there is a need for public spaces to support their health and everyday lives. The results of this study are as follows. First, upon examination of the 2D spacial arrangement and 3D spatial arrangement, while the 2D arrangement showed a wide range of variations, the 3D spatial arrangement was comprised mainly of the focused type and the connected type. Secondly, public spaces are categorized into spaces for convenience, socializing, education, exercise and medical support, and there was a low level of usage of outdoor space. Thirdly, while the interior of these spaces were suitable for the purpose of the spaces, there needs to be a higher level of consideration for the physical characteristics of the elderly in order to better ensure their safety.
