오버투어리즘 평가 대처 모델 검증: 관광지화된 정주형 마을 주민들을 대상으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest an overtourism appraisal coping model by testing the structural causality of overtourism factors, unfairness, irritation index, coping behavior and intention of relationships with tourists by applying stress the appraisal coping theory. The subjects of the survey were residents living in Busan Gamcheon Culture Village. A total of 262 questionnaires were collected and 260 valid samples were used for the final analysis. The analysis tools of this study were SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The analysis results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, hypothesis H1, the effect of the overtourism factors (physical, social, economic, and environmental) on unfairness (distribution, procedure, interaction) was partially supported. Second, hypothesis H2, the effect of unfairness (distribution, procedure, interaction) on irritation index (annoyance, antagonism, phobia) was partially supported. Third, hypothesis H3, the effect of irritation index (annoyance, antagonism, phobia) on coping behavior (active, passive, real peace) was partially supported. Fourth, hypothesis H4, the effect of coping behavior (active, passive, real peace) on intention of relationships with tourists (cooperation, conflict, compliance) was partially supported. Therefore, this study contributed to the development of tourism by presenting an overtourism appraisal coping model and suggested a plan to identify and resolve the cause of overtourism conflict.
