도심재생활성화를 위한 세운상가의 도시재생 특성에 관한 연구

초록

The rapid development of the city faded away old and indiscriminate buildings were built in the city. Eco-friendly is emerging as a social issue around the world. Therefore, Urban regeneration of regenerated architecture, which is preserved and regenerated, is attracting attention in the architectural field. This research analyzes the Sewoon Arcade, one of the old areas, to revitalize the city center, and examines the characteristics of urban regeneration. First, the framework of characteristic criteria is derived through theoretical consideration. Second, based on the checklist derived, the characteristics of urban regeneration centered on Sewoon Arcade Center are analyzed. Third, based on the analysis, the direction of development regarding the characteristics of urban regeneration in aging areas is derived. Through analysis, characteristics were derived with zeitlichkeit, accessibility and complexity. It appeared to have high zeitlichkeit, complexity and low accessibility. To grasp the temporal flow of space through temporal characteristics and Through the characteristics of the complexity, the space was activated by the participation of users through various spatial programs. Access characteristics should be improved by guiding users to access natural spaces and by securing a flow line and guiding plates. Therefore, this research focused on the characteristics of urban regeneration to revitalize the urban regeneration industry and economy of the Sewoon Arcade district located in the center of Seoul.
