초록
The performance evaluation exposing the capacity of reinforcement concrete is affected by the material properties. These should be necessary for the analysis based on the effect of structural performance. The performance factors which have an influence on the performance of structures were divided into five classes for the material properties; (1) the strength of concrete, (2) longitudinal reinforcement, (3) transverse reinforcement, (4) aspect ratio, and (5) axial force. According to the change of performance affecting the factors through the eigen-value and non-linear static analysis, it is analyzed that each performance factor can affect the structural yield displacement, yield basis shear force, and static performance of ductility ratio. In addition, the performance evaluation is carried through the modified capacity spectrum method (FEMA-440) based the result of non-linear static analysis, so it is deduced that the performance point is analyzed by the effect of each performance influencing factor. From the result of analyses for the change of performance influencing factors, only the result of eigen-value and non-linear static analysis, it appears that the natural period and the ductility ratio are affected by the more effect of structural properties, as comparing the material properties. It also indicates that the section shape of structure characteristics is the critical factor. In case of the analysis of the criterion of performance points, the effect of section shape is one of the important factors together with natural period and ductility ratio.
