장기구득 의사소통 교육의 내용과 방식 - 장기구득 코디네이터의 의사소통 교육 경험과 인식을 중심으로 -

초록

This study investigates the direction of communication education for organ procurement coordinators by analyzing their experiences and perceptions. Four key themes emerged following the utilization of narrative interviews, qualitative content analysis, and text analysis theories on macro-structure and macro-rules, and the hierarchical structure of illocutionary acts. These were: perspectives on communication education; the necessity of such education; experiences with current communication education; and preferred content and methodologies for future education. Organ procurement coordinators underscore the vital role of systematic and professional communication education in their field. Their feedback reveals both positive and negative experiences, with negative feedback often citing unstructured programs and uncomfortable learning environments. Essential content for such education was identified as including listening skills, empathy, and adaptive communication strategies, while preferred teaching methods would involve practical exercises, case studies, and experience sharing. For optimal effectiveness, communication education for coordinators must be specialized, systematized, and delivered in an environment of mutual respect and consideration. This study can provide important foundational data for developing systematic and professional communication education content for organ procurement coordinators and for creating effective educational methods in the future
