모듈러공법의 국내 활성화 저해요인 분석에 대한 연구

초록

The productivity of the construction industry is lower than other industries. In order to enhance the productivity, modularsystem has been suggested. It enables to reduce the duration and improve the quality of the constructions. However, the constructiontechnique applied to modular system has not overcome certain technical problems. To solve the problems and motivate theapplication of modular system, this study looked into the real state of domestic application of modular construction method andinvestigated relevant problems for the purpose of seeking a measure to vitalize domestic application of modular constructionmethod through the comparison of technology with overseas advanced countries where modular construction market is vitalized.
