초록
Enormously high secondary electron generation from MgO coated CNT: delta ~ >10000 The SEE yield of MgO coated CNT is decreased as increasing primary current. The Optimum MgO thickness for maximum SEE yield is 200nm. A voltage drop across the MgO film is observed from the analysis of energy analyzer spectra High SEE yield of MgO coated CNT is attributed to the high local electric field. MCP device using MgO/CNTs is realized and tested.
