경제자유구역의 경관관리를 위한 법제 검토연구 -인천경제자유구역을 중심으로-

초록

Social concern and recognition about landscape management are growing as the needs for sustainable management are increasing gradually. Incheon Free Econimic Zone Authority already accepted urban design-drive policy as one of the distinctive strategies towards global city, and carries out various administrative system and action plan. But, legal limitation in sustainable landscape management in the relations between the rank of IFEZ Authority and that of other laws makes diverse civil appeals continually. In this study, landscape related acts are examined for effective and sustainable landscape management on the basis of legal sources of the IFEZ landscape related plan and system. In conclusion, it is urgent to revise landscape laws as detailed cityscape plan can be relevant to the specific landscape plan regulated by the landscape plan guideline. It is also necessary to revise landscape acts such as 「Special act on designation and management of free economic zones」, 「Act on planning and use of national territor y」, 「landscape act」 so as to get adjustment among the laws related landscape plan.
