교육복지 프로그램 개발 단계별 담당자의 교육 요구도 분석

초록

This study focuses on how project managers-community education specialists and teachers who are in charge of educational welfare programs in schools- recognize the gap between present performance and importance levels based on a program development process. This sheds light on the area which is needed for project mangers to operate programs more effectively. The survey was conducted in 883 elementary schools and 744 middle schools, and a total of 1,627 answers were analyzed. As a result of needs analysis, both community education specialists and teachers consider the program analysis level in developing a program is critical and request training. In addition, higher priority action in subordinate behavioral stages was ex post education followed by students’ needs analysis and the development of program evaluation indexes. The result of this study could be useful to community education specialists and teachers when they operate educational welfare programs, which is customized to students.
