초록

Due to superior electrical and mechanical properties of carbon nanotubes (CNT), CNT/epoxy composites have been widely used in various fields such as sensors, automobiles, and aerospace. Accurate measurement of the conductivity is important to reduce manufacturing costs. In this work, terahertz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) from 0.1 to 3.0 THz was used to measure the conductivity of the MWCNT/epoxy composites with different CNT contents. The absorption behavior of THz waves in CNT/epoxy was investigated according to the MWCNT contents. It can be found that the optical properties including the extinction coefficient and the absorption coefficient were affected by the contents of the MWCNTs.
